About Us

Our Story

We’re Dave and Nicki Yanak, founders of DNA Acres in Windsor, Missouri — a Veteran‑Owned family farm rooted in a simple belief: good food begins with good intentions.

We didn’t inherit DNA Acres — we built it from the ground up in 2020, when the world felt uncertain, and grocery shelves were running empty. In the middle of all that chaos, we turned to something steady and timeless: the land and the life it supports.

Our poultry is pasture‑raised on Non‑GMO feed, fresh air, and room to roam — producing rich, golden‑yolked eggs and flavorful birds. 

DNA Acres is more than a farm — it’s a promise.
